On 22 February 2019, former Minister of Economic Affairs Wolfgang Clement in Berlin awarded Keller Lufttechnik GmbH Co. KG the Top Job Seal for outstanding employer qualities. The award, presented by the Center for Employer Attractiveness, zeag GmbH, and the University of St. Gallen, is only given to companies that have had their qualities as employers checked. The motivation for the participation of the companies is the knowledge that employee satisfaction and employer attractiveness are more than ever decisive for success.
